FLATIRON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PARTNERS (FCMP)

FCMP is an Exempt Market Dealer, Portfolio Manager and Investment Fund Manager registered with the Ontario Securities Commission. FCMP manages funds for individuals and institutions. It currently has combined assets of over $300 million CAD under management. These funds are under two main strategies:

	MARKET NEUTRAL ASSETS	DIRECTIONAL ASSETS
THE TEAM PERFORMANCE CONTACT US	These funds are invested using strategies that significantly reduce or eliminate market risk while providing consistent positive rates of return. These strategies include convertible arbitrage, merger arbitrage, pairs trading, warrant delta trading, high yield trading, capital structure arbitrage, and any other strategies considered appropriate given the objectives of FCMP for these funds.	These funds are invested primarily in Canadian and US equities and will generally be in a net long or net short position, depending on the view of the portfolio managers of FCMP. The objective of the fund is to capture significant moves in the marketplace, or in specific sectors. Some hedging is used to reduce market risk, although these hedging activities are not as extensive as those used in the market neutral portion of the books.
